Warranty

 

Mane Hair Systems come with a hassle free warranty. This includes the replacement of your system *Subject to terms and conditions.

 

• • • The warranty for an Ultra Thin Skin system is 30 days
    • The warranty for a Thin Skin system is 60 days

  Disposable Hair Systems are not included in a warranty.

   

   

  If a Hair System is used in the way it’s intended and it sheds abnormally within the warranty period, it’s our responsibility to replace it.

   

  What’s not covered:

  • • • Normal wear and tear (e.g. Hair that would of shed overtime, Colour that would have faded naturally)
      • Accidental damage (e.g. Tearing of the base, pulling on the hair)
      • Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended system maintenance.
      • Damage from external sources such as hairdryers, straighteners, home colouring.
      • Damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods or the use of product’s not used by Mane Systems.

   

  Faults caused by:

  • • • Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless handling of the system;
      • Improper attachment (except where carried out by Mane Systems).
      • Repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than Mane Systems.

   

  The terms and conditions of a Mane Systems Hair System warranty are as follows:

  • • • The warranty becomes effective at the date of the system fitting.
      • All services must be carried out by Mane Systems for the warranty period.
      • Any Hair System which is replaced will become the property of Mane Systems.
      • The replacement of your system under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty.

  Deposits are non refundable when:

  • • • A consultation has been booked
      • 48 hours after purchasing a hair system to be ordered, or to have the hair system put aside for your next fit and cut.

   

  Delivery times can only be estimated and not guaranteed. Available appointments may vary and are out of Mane Systems control.
