Based in Melbourne, we deliver Australia wide.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day of purchase (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If an order needs more than 1 business day handling we will contact you ASAP.

Mane Systems recommends customers provide a secure delivery address. For example, place of employment. Mane Systems is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

You may experience an additional waiting period for dispatch and delivery during peak periods and uncontrollable weather.

International orders will incur a flat rate $29.95 shipping fee.

Returns.

Please choose carefully.

All claims must be made within 14 days of your purchase. You must contact Mane Systems before returning any item to us.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What products are non-refundable/non-returnable

  • Products that have been opened and have lost/damaged its original packaging.
  • Products that have been used.
  • Sealed products where sealing has been removed after delivery.
  • Products that for reasons of health and safety are not suitable for return.

You are liable for any postage costs in returning any items to us.
